TranSystems (formerly SEPI) teamed with the prime Architect to provide input on site design and engineering for the development of the Wake Tech Community College East Campus Master Plan. Upon completion of the Master Plan phase, TranSystems assisted the College with additional support services, including rezoning and annexation of the property, and the relocation of an existing cemetery.
Following master planning, TranSystems was selected as part of the Skanska/HH Architecture design/build team to deliver the East Campus Central Energy Plant (CEP) and Site Infrastructure, the first phase of the buildout of East Campus Master Plan. TranSystems provided due diligence, environmental services and permitting, surveying, traffic impact analysis, site/civil engineering, and roadway improvement designs for the development for the new 100+ acre campus.
TranSystems is currently providing construction administration support for the continued buildout of the campus Master Plan. TranSystems is teamed with BSA LifeStructures to provide site/civil engineering and permitting services on the multi-discipline team for WTCC East Campus General Education Building. Our efforts include the design and permitting of the water and sewer, storm drainage and management design, site plan updates, and regulatory agency approval coordination.
