Chad Gartner, PE, was recently promoted to Regional Senior Vice President for TranSystems’ Central Region where he will oversee sales and operations for 14 offices in five states.
Gartner most recently served as Managing Director of the Texas area, overseeing sales and operations for the four Texas offices.
Gartner has been with TranSystems for almost 33 years and has been a principal with the firm since 2020. TranSystems looks forward to continued success under Gartner’s leadership in the Central Region, building on the foundation of his proven track record and strategic vision for the region.
Gartner has decades of experience developing multimodal solutions for transportation projects with construction costs up to $500 million. His experience includes the design, project management, and program management of urban freeways, urban and rural roadways, traffic, freight rail, and commuter rail projects. Prior to Managing Director, he served as Fort Worth Office Director for four years.
Gartner holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington.
