I-75/I-575 Northwest Corridor

Atlanta, Georgia

As the largest infrastructure project of its kind in Georgia history, this $840 million design-build project consisted of constructing 30 miles of new toll lanes along I-75 and I-575 in Cobb and Cherokee Counties. It also added a reversible toll lane on I-75 from I-575 north to Hickory Grove Road and along I-575 north to Sixes Road.

TranSystems served as a project surveyor for 21 miles of the 30-mile project limits along I-75 and I-575. TranSystems also conducted 52 bridge clearance surveys, control surveys for LiDAR pavement surveys, field survey enhancements, hydraulic surveys for eleven streams, and digital survey database deliverables for the design team.
