I-5 Widening from SR73 to El Toro Road

The TranSystems team prepared the Final Environmental Document (ED) and Final Project Report (PR) for approximately six miles of mainline widening on I-5 from SR-73 to El Toro Road. This project included the widening of four structures; replacement of Avery Parkway, La Paz Road, and Los Alisos Boulevard structures; retaining walls; soundwalls; drainage improvements; utility relocations; and reconfiguration of the I-5/Avery Parkway interchange to provide additional capacity. For Segment 2, the largest central segment, TranSystems prepared the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E).
