Julie Frigon

 JULIE FRIGON
 Acting CFO and Vice President

 As Vice President of Accounting/Controller, Julie Frigon has worked to develop a
 financial program that combines financial leadership with sound business practices to
 position TranSystems for long-term growth and profitability. Julie’s expertise in
 development and implementation of creative finance solutions facilitate enterprise-level
 strategies and business initiatives. Julie was recently asked to serve as Acting Chief
 Financial Officer for TranSystems.

 Julie began her career in audit at Arthur Andersen LLP, where she was responsible for supervising and executing audits for public and private clients in multiple industries. She later joined KPMG LLP, Kansas City, Mo., as an Audit Senior Manager planning, executing, and managing all aspects of each audit, including preparation of budgets and analysis of hours incurred and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Julie rose quickly through the ranks, and was named Audit Partner leading audits in a variety of professional services – manufacturing, retail, distribution, and not-for-profit entities in the Kansas City area – working closely with the CEO and CFO client management and audit committees.

Julie graduated from Kansas State University with her Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She is recognized as a Certified Public Accountant. She retains a commitment to community, taking roles in Rose Brooks Center; Liberty, Missouri, School District; and Racing for Kids.
