  Rick Morsches has been part of the executive team transforming the company over 
  the past 10 years from a $20 million firm located in six Midwest cities to a $240 million 
  multimodal firm located in more than 40 cities throughout the United States. He has
  worked as part of the senior management team in operating the firm as well as
  creating solid stock ownership performance. 
 
  Rick started with the firm in 1993 as Principal/Vice President in charge of developing
  business from states, counties, and municipalities; as well as leading various 
  multimodal projects. In 2002, he was name the Regional Vice President for the Northeast region providing leadership to 12 offices. After much success as a regional leader, Rick was asked to serve the company on a national level, providing guidance to 26 offices dedicated to providing service to clients through TranSystems States and Municipalities Market Sector. Rick also serves as an Advisory Board Member on the company's Board of Directors.
  
Prior to 1989, Rick worked for two transportation consulting engineers in the Chicago area.
 
As a Principal, Rick has served more than 25 clients within the public sector on the state, county and local levels. He has been synonymous with transportation in Chicago. Rick has directed all aspects of projects spanning all modes of transportation including highways, transit systems, passenger rail, freight, parking facilities, bikeways, and pedestrian facilities. Rick has managed these services for all levels of governments including federal (FHWA & FTA), state (IDOT, PennDOT, ODOT, and InDOT), City (20 municipalities) and counties (all Chicago collar counties). Rick has also brokered multi-agency deals involving real estate developers and venture capitalists.
 
Rick has professional experience in transportation and municipal projects including preliminary studies and contract plan preparation for highways, railroad and municipal projects, including traffic signals, hydraulic analysis, funding, drainage design, parking lots, intersection design, interchange grade separations, and right-of-way documents.
