State of Good Repairs (SOGR) Surveys

Amtrak, Illinois

Amtrak is committed to providing train stations that are safe, in good repair, and compliant with all laws and regulations.  TranSystems is helping to ensure that the stations meet these standards by performing a State of Good Repairs (SOGR) Surveys for 39 Amtrak stations in eight states. The SOGRs involved detailed analysis of each station – electrical, architectural, and structural – to determine any required repairs and provide estimates of associated costs. The Survey also includes an Americans with Disabilities Act compliance review for each location. TranSystems coordinated among all stakeholders to meet the projects' goals, tasks, budgets, and schedules.
