Denver Union Station Master Plan

Regional Transportation District, Denver, Colorado

As part of the Union Station Alliance team, TranSystems completed planning and preliminary design for the rail components of the redeveloped historic Union Station. Key to the Union Station Master Plan, the transportation corridors are designed to support passenger rail traffic (primarily, commuter rail) to a 50 year horizon and interface closely with light rail and bus services. The work included public outreach, master plan conceptual design, zoning permits, preliminary engineering, and preparation of an EIS for future transit, commercial, and residential developments at Union Station.
