The facility includes a 3,200,000 square-foot, three-level garage, a 150,000 square-foot building for rental counters and 75 acres divided between 15 rental car companies for vehicle fueling, washing and maintenance. Interactive Design Process meetings held with the companies each had a different theme that moved from the general to the specific, allowing the design team to identify the key project issues in a way that generated consensus. The master plan has been approved and schematic design is underway.
