LEED

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.

TranSystems has emerged as the single source for environmental friendly planning, engineering, architecture, and construction management. Through the efforts to embrace our surroundings with a lower carbon footprint, TranSystems has become known as vanguards in the push to create designs that are more efficient and pay homage to the green movement. Our LEED facilities are designed to integrate efficiently with overall operations, to reduce costs, and to incorporate current technology while ensuring adaptability to future technology.

Our LEED planning, design and construction of facilities are highly durable, functional and sustainable. TranSystems’ design process is specifically tailored to meet the specific needs of each client with an eye towards involving this green ideology. Our early adoption of LEED principles has paved the way for industry acclaim. We have accrued many awards in LEED and sustainable design with numerous more pending Platinum, Gold or Silver accreditations.
