C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., the second largest in the US, needs to add additional warehouse storage space to the existing York, PA facility. TranSystems was selected as part of the design/build team based on our performance on other projects. Designs are being developed for two high rise warehouse facilities, a 364,000 sf Tower 3 addition and 240,000 sf case flow facility, along with a 162,500 sf automated case selection facility. A 71,500 sf dock addition, 17,000 sf office addition and a 20,000 sf stripping center are also part of the expansion.
