Construction Management

TranSystems believes in an active, personal approach to construction management. As your on-site representative, our primary effort is to protect our client's interests. This is accomplished by anticipating problems with site conditions, the design documents, and the construction methods and schedule initiated by the contractor. This active participation in the process helps identify issues and concerns in advance keeping projects on schedule and minimizing costly contract modifications and change orders.

An experienced group of professionals providing a wide range of services in the construction administration and inspection fields, TranSystems in-house capabilities include concrete testing, asphalt testing, earthwork compaction testing, sieve analysis, staking and related tasks. Our staff has extensive experience in the construction management, administration and inspection of heavy highway construction, including rigid and flexible pavements, multi-span and simple bridges, box culverts, cast-in-place and modular block retaining walls, grading and traffic signal installations. We also assist clients with road inspection and street reconstruction/rehabilitation projects, which involve careful field coordination with other existing improvements.

Not only does TranSystems have the technical capability to perform construction management work, but we also pride ourselves in our ability to work with all parties involved on a project providing the owner with the best quality solution possible. We believe that our knowledge of what it takes to construct a quality project is integral to the success of our client's projects.
