Project Summary

When Toyota developed the new $800 million Tundra truck manufacturing plant on a 2,000-acre former ranch, they selected TranSystems to master plan the vehicle marshalling/ distribution and rail operations areas for efficient use. In all, the TranSystems team designed $41 million worth of construction and served as the central point of contact for development of 107 acres of marshalling yard and rail loading facilities as well as 120 acres of rail yard. Responsibilities included design development; final design documents, and construction documents and services.
