Las Vegas Strip Transfer Terminal Design

Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada

Clark County is the fastest growing region in the country, most of the growth centered on the Las Vegas Strip and downtown areas. To better serve the need for flexible, convenient and accommodating transit services, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada decided to develop a South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT) on the Last Vegas "Strip". TranSystems played a key role in the planning and design of the terminal, from site selection to structural design of the concept developed for the Commission. Today The SSTT is a transfer hub capable of accommodating more than 385 bus departures and up to 20,000 daily passengers within the next 20 years.
