Since 2003, TranSystems assisted CARTA in planning, procuring and implementing a comprehensive suite of technology applications, including CAD/AVL, electronic fare payment, real-time information and scheduling software. The work included conducting a needs assessment, developing specifications, assisting with procurement and providing extensive implementation management services for each technology project.
