The project involved removing an old, 1,930-foot long viaduct and replacing it with a more attractive 260-foot long, three span bridge with decorative retaining walls; a set of access ramps for a soon-to-be-developed industrial/ commercial parcel and a pedestrian underpass for Area 5 Police Headquarters were also provided. TranSystems was responsible for planning, coordination, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for the project. TranSystems also performed turn-key right-of-way acquisition services for ten parcels, including preparation of Plats and Legals, conveyance documents, full negotiations, and final recording.
