Renovate Warehouse Space for Offices

TranSystems was selected by Procacci Bros. of Philadelphia, PA to renovate former warehouse space for new corporate offices.  The designs included a CEO suite, boardroom, commercial kitchen, executive dining rooms, auditorium, conference rooms, private offices and open-plan workstations.  Extensive demolition was required to remove interior load-bearing walls.  Positioning of the exterior wall for a new entrance atrium was incorporated in the design and new HVAC and electrical systems were added.
