TranSystems provided civil/site engineering and surveying services for a conceptual and detailed design, and procurement of recovery approvals, for reconfiguration and reconstruction of this 40-acre industrial site. Improvements included expansion of several parking facilities to accommodate a total of 850+ cars, construction of a truck storage facility for 80+ trailers, improvement of traffic and pedestrian circulation patterns, implementation of pedestrian amenities, including walkways, landscaping and pedestrian plaza, replacement and expansion of site lighting and storm drainage design with underground retention.
