Truck Maintenance Facilities Design/Build

Penske, Reading, Pennsylvania

This project involved design/build construction of new truck maintenance facilities in locations across the United States.  The facilities range in size from three bay to five bay (between 9,500 square feet to 16,500 square feet).  Small facilities serve one or more commercial customers.  Large facilities are located in established markets that serve multiple commercial customers with tractors and trailers and one time walk-in customers who rent straight body trucks.  These facilities were provided with a first floor rental counter and a second story business office.
