Vehicle Maintenance Buildings

Many distribution centers include vehicle maintenance, truck wash, and fueling facilities to maintain their fleets. Aside from requisite parts and tire storage areas, these buildings often include employee amenities such as offices, locker rooms, restrooms and break rooms.

TranSystems has designed a number of these various facilities for multiple clients across the country. We work with clients to determine their specific needs and goals for the facility, for example, fleet size will determine the quantity of bays required to adequately respond to maintenance requirements, and then create a design that meets and even exceeds those goals.

Many of the systems we design require lube racks, welding outlets, welding exhaust systems, diesel fume exhaust systems and pressure wash equipment. However, some maintenance facilities have a unique set of requirements such as truck wash and fuel facilities. For these types of systems, we tailor our designs to meet those special requirements. Our full-service staff of architects and engineers understand these variable requirements and find efficient and innovative ways to incorporate them as necessary into your maintenance facility.
