Zona Rosa Greenfield Development

Zona Rosa is a 93-acre, mixed-use "new urbanist" development that has proved overwhelmingly successful. TranSystems provided a wide range of services for this award-winning project, including environmental studies and regulatory permitting; stream monitoring and reporting; hydrology and hydraulic analysis; civil/site design for earthwork; street design; parking lot design; structural engineering design for the buildings; and off-site public highway and street improvements totaling nearly $10 million. TranSystems multi-faceted contribution was recognized by an Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Consulting Engineers.
