Air Cargo

TranSystems has provided planning and design for dozens of air cargo facilities all over the US and several in Europe. Our Master Planning for Air Cargo usage in conjunction with the overall airport plan has time and again enabled our clients, whether third party developers or airports, to maximize the assets of the airport land and provide efficient facilities, either single buildings or multi-building complexes, so that the overall airport plan becomes a better instrument for development. Our experience and knowledge of the function of air cargo facilities has been gained through more than 50 years of planning and designing these types of facilities. We have maintained our level of competence for these functions to include the aircraft from the past, aircraft currently used and aircraft in development for use in the near future.

TranSystems, using the latest FAA regulations and requirements, has also been able to save our third party developers construction costs by economizing the design of aircraft pavements for their facilities. This includes innovative pavement design, construction methodology savings and expedited planning, design and permitting scheduling.
