W. Mike Lackey
Mike was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004 as an outside Director. He
began his career with the Kansas Highway Commission. At the Kansas Department
of Transportation, he has served as District Engineer; Bureau Chief of Construction
and Management; Division Director of Operations; and Assistant Secretary and State
Transportation Engineer. He has served on numerous transportation committees and
boards, and he has received national recognition for work in the field.
